I graduated from UT with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1984 and spent 5 years as a design engineer. That was fairly boring, so I went to UVA and got my MBA in 1991. During this time I had a very short stint at Lehman Bros., but Wall St. was not meant to be. Instead... I ended up spending five years as a rock 'n roll accountant working for a number of different rock artists and record labels. In 1995, I started my current career as a technology company CFO.
My wife Jane and I spend most of our time raising our three daughters. In my spare time, I play guitar, listen to music, read and work out. |

All those band trips, especially going to NYC for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade when we were freshman.
Great teachers: Burley Bowman, Noe Marmalejo & Tom Bennett. Ms. Pope, Ms. Miller, Ms. Sussky, Ms. Savage... and others I'm trying to remember.
Getting pulled over for speeding on the way to a Senior Boys meeting, only to find out that a WHS classmate brought along a lead-filled bat that night. My friend did some smooth talking that night to keep us out of jail! |

30 years later... what happened to all that hair? (at least the bow tie is gone!)
